One year of deep, true work sits between these two photographs

You can fake a bicep curl, but you can't fake a pull‑up.

not doing it
becomes what's intentional…

The method

This is built over months.
You can't forget that.

You start at the foundation and you get it truly right. Truly. That means simplifying and focusing, whether its on your feet, hands or from a bar, we first simplify to regulate our minds to the movement.

You'll start to ask yourself where in my body am I feeling the weakness first?

Once your mind muscle connection starts to grow, the movements will naturally follow. And so will your personal data on what you need to work on. This act of taking it back to the basics can easily be taken for granted and not treated with discipline. The question “Where am I weak?” will become “I know what I need to make stronger”.

The four stages that built me

  1. Foundation Get your grip up. The rest will follow.
  2. Static holds Hold the position and learn where the weakness actually sits.
  3. Time under tension Negatives, slow movement, full range of motion. 1 true rep is worth 5, every single time.
  4. The dynamic movement Explosive days, and the most fun in my opinion.

How this is trained

In baby steps, but baby steps every day until you can run. The goal is to no longer need me.

  • Mindset Shift

You're going to have to change the way you think about this. This isn't a workout program, this is the beginning of the rest of your life.

  • The dial

Consistent check-ins and updates to keep planning your progress forward.

  • Off days are still work days

They just aren't as intense, but we're still moving, hanging, and stretching.

Taking clients

Go find a bar. Then come tell me what happened.

Grab a pull-up bar right now and just hang. If your grip gives out in under twenty seconds, or your shoulders shrug up toward your ears the moment your feet leave the ground, you've found the gap. That gap is exactly what this is built to close.
